In technical support, we include such types of work as:
- Development / revision of design;
- Layout of the project;
- quick fix problems in the work of CRM;
- refinement of functionality.
In support of this project, we are developing a new concept idea for visualizing and structure of this CRM system (which we will write in more detail about later).
To date, we have implemented a number of significant improvements to this project, integrated several different third-party systems to automate the work with the service inside the Virazh-M company
